Rush are one of the most popular, innovative prog rock bands of all time. Between jaw-dropping musicianship, imaginative lyrics and complex arrangements, the Toronto trio are the patron saints of brainy, technical, ambitious rock & roll. 1976's 2112 proved to be their much sought-after commercial breakthrough and remains one of their most popular albums. Rush was nominated for seven Grammy Awards, and won several Juno Awards. The band was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
